As a Franchisee, marketing and business development are an integral part of the support you receive from Astra Apartments’ head office. The marketing team continuously refines and updates the website and SEO parameters. Key customer business development and lead generation are also driven by head office.
You will be joining a small group (15) of very experienced franchisees who help each other, share business opportunities and are a valuable source of advice and knowledge.
Full initial training is provided by the vendor and Franchisor. You will be taught all aspects of running your business, starting with the set-up of a new apartment; responding to enquiries, setting up bookings, invoicing, handling customer service, trouble shooting etc. By negotiation, a longer handover period from the vendor is possible.
You will also be trained on the Franchisor’s cloud-based booking system which is an excellent tool for managing all aspects of the ‘back office’ function.
An Astra Apartments business is normally run from a home office with the franchisee as full-time manager/owner.
